“My way is meditation.  Meditation is the way and the end.”

Originally from Chitwan, Nepal, Swami Anand Vinod is now leading the World Awakening Mission in Kathmandu. His teachings are based on a lifetime of spiritual search and practice. He has been spiritually guiding his students for 40 years. He creates an environment filled with love, compassion, and non-judgment towards all seekers. He acts as a guide on the spiritual path, but helps his students realize that ultimately the journey is on their own. It is the journey from alone to alone. Swami Je places strong emphasis on the need for daily practice of meditation. It is through meditation that he feels one comes to know oneself. He wishes to lead you to your own peace, progress, and prosperity.

Swami Anand Vinod has led yoga and meditation camps all over Nepal., including Pokhara, Makwanpur, Rautahat, Chitwan (Officer’s Club, National Convention of Jaycees and Lions, Police Club, jail, cancer hospital, youth club, Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry), and in the Kathmandu Valley (Jain Bhawan, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur). He has also taught in Assam, India. His spiritual discourses can be heard regularly on several radio stations throughout Nepal.
